In the even that a shipment is received in damaged condition, please note our claims procedure:
1. Damaged tubes must be noted with the delivering carrier.
2. Concealed damage should be filed with the delivering carrier within 24 hours.
3. All discrepancy claims must be presented to Framecrafters, Inc. within 5 days of merchandise receipt.
4. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
